Meet the Founder

Hi I'm Michelle —​ 

​

For nearly a decade, I photographed families across Arizona, documenting their love, milestones, and legacy — and was honored to be featured on Channel 3’s Your Life A to Z as one of Arizona’s premier photographers. Before that, I had he pleasure to serve at the City of Phoenix, supporting residents, neighborhoods, city departments, and council offices — and working as a commissioned notary for many years.

But my connection to paperwork goes even deeper. As the eldest daughter of first-generation immigrant parents, I grew up translating forms, explaining documents, and guiding my family through everything from citizenship processes to medical paperwork. Later in life, I walked through serious medical situations with loved ones, helped family members manage international property matters, and coordinated documents across borders, agencies, and languages.

These experiences shaped the way I serve today: with calm, clarity, patience, and understanding.  SignNest is the expression of that purpose — a place where your documents, and your story, are treated with dignity and care. I’m honored to serve families, attorneys, and our community with the professionalism of public service, the heart of a storyteller, and the lived experience of someone who has walked these roads herself.

To me, this work is more than a business — more than papers, more than a stamp. It’s my way of giving back, serving with dignity, one person and one story at a time.​​​​​
