What should I expect when working with you?

How do I get started?

Simply fill out the Start Request form, call, or send a message. We will follow up with you to confirm details and guide you through the process.

How quickly will I hear back?

We do our best to respond as quickly as possible—often within the same day.

When is payment due?

Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Are there travel fees for mobile notary services?

Yes, a travel fee may apply depending on your location. I’ll always confirm this with you upfront—no surprises.

Can you help if I’m not sure what I need?

Yes—this is very common. Just share what you have, and we will help you determine the next steps.

Can you review my document before booking?

Yes, we're happy to take a quick look and help you understand what’s needed before scheduling.

Notary Services

What does a notary public do?


A notary verifies identity, witnesses signatures, and helps prevent fraud in important documents.


At SignNest, we also make sure you understand what you’re signing and guide you through the process.

What documents can be notarized?

Do I need identification?


Yes. A valid, unexpired photo ID is required (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).

 

Can you notarize documents in Spanish?


Yes, I’m fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Apostille & International Documents

What is an apostille?

An apostille allows your U.S. document to be accepted in another country.

 

When do I need an apostille?
Anytime your document will be used outside the U.S.
(Common for birth certificates, POAs, school records, and legal documents.)

 

Can you handle the apostille process for me?
Yes—we manage the entire process, including notarization (if needed), submission, and return.

Online & Mobile Notary

Do I need special equipment?

 

No. You can use a phone, tablet, or computer with internet and a valid ID.

 

Do I need to download an app?


No. I’ll send you a secure link—everything happens online.

 

Is online notarization legal?


Yes. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is legally recognized and widely accepted.

How long does a session take?


Most sessions take about 10–20 minutes.
