Are there travel fees for mobile notary services?
Yes, a travel fee may apply depending on your location. I’ll always confirm this with you upfront—no surprises.

What does a notary public do?

Do I need identification?

What is an apostille?
An apostille allows your U.S. document to be accepted in another country.
When do I need an apostille?
Anytime your document will be used outside the U.S.

Online & Mobile Notary
Do I need special equipment?
No. You can use a phone, tablet, or computer with internet and a valid ID.
Do I need to download an app?
No. I’ll send you a secure link—everything happens online.
Is online notarization legal?
Yes. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is legally recognized and widely accepted.
How long does a session take?
Most sessions take about 10–20 minutes.
