Most online notarization appointments can be scheduled within 24 hours. Once submitted, Arizona county recording timelines typically range from 1–5 business days depending on county processing volume.
Is Remote Online Notarization (RON) legal in Arizona?
Yes. Arizona has fully authorized Remote Online Notarization since July 1, 2020. All online notarizations are completed through secure identity verification and encrypted audio-video technology in compliance with Arizona law.
Will I receive a recorded copy?
Yes. Once recording is completed, you will receive an electronic copy showing the county recording information, recording number, and date stamp.
Official certified county copies are also available as an optional add-on service.
