Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Michelle —
I didn’t arrive at this work by accident. Long before SignNest, I was the person helping my family understand paperwork, translating between languages, and stepping into situations where clarity truly mattered.
As the eldest daughter of first-generation immigrant parents, I grew up navigating forms that carried real weight — from legal matters to medical situations — often helping bridge the gap between confusion and understanding. That role didn’t end in childhood; it continued throughout my life as I supported loved ones through complex circumstances, coordinated across agencies, and experienced firsthand how overwhelming these moments can feel without the right guidance.
Professionally, I spent nearly a decade working with the City of Phoenix, where I served the public across multiple departments and worked as a commissioned notary. That experience gave me a strong foundation in document handling, public service, and the importance of accuracy, discretion, and trust.
Today, I bring both my personal and professional experience into my work — helping clients navigate important documents with clarity and confidence, while connecting them with trusted professionals when additional support is needed.
While I do not provide legal advice, I work closely with attorneys and other professionals to help ensure each client is supported and moving in the right direction.
Before this work, I spent years photographing families across Arizona — documenting milestones, connection, and the moments that matter most. That experience shaped how I show up today — with care, attention, and a deep understanding that behind every family, there’s a story.
